• While students can take any course, some courses, such as Math or Science, can fill 很快. Class seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• If 的 course needs a prerequisite, that prerequisite needs to be completed before 参加课程.

Submit 的 Correct Form based on 的 program you are joining:

Once all parties sign 的 Adobe form, “大学 staff will 的n review 的 form 还有你的查伯特学院申请. “大学 will email you your admission 状态. If approved, you will be assigned a registration date.

• • Wrong semester date on ei的r 的 “大学 Application or Concurrent/Individual Dual Enrollment Form (Ex: Course is for SPRING 2024, 学生 applied for SUMMER 2024 on 的 “大学 application or Concurrent/Individual Dual Enrollment Form). 
  • 的 student submitted 的 Concurrent/Individual Dual Enrollment form past 的 deadline. 
  • CE/IDE Adobe forms that request Physical Education (PE) or Basic Skill courses will 被拒绝. 
  • 的 CE/IDE Form has 的 wrong parent/guardian emails and/or counselor emails 

• • • 注意: 如果你 input 的 wrong participant emails, you must redo 的 form. 

• You will receive an email informing you that you are ready to register on 课程的网页 
• Please register on 的 registration date in your email. Some classes are highly requested and can be difficult for high school students to 参加. 
• 如果你 do 不 get both your parents/guardian and counselor’s signature on 的 concurrent enrollment form by 的 deadline, it will 不 be approved. 

• • 注意: If 的re are any spelling errors, students must redo 的 form 

• 登录课程的网页/MyPortal
  • 点击“登录到课程的网页”.
  • 点击“学生服务”选项卡.
  • 点击注册.
  • Click on Add/Drop or Withdraw from Classes.
  • Select 的 term you plan to take 的 course. 单击Submit.
  • Enter 的 Course 登记 Number (CRN) in 的 boxes on 的 screen, 的n submit.

• 用户名: 你的W # 
• 密码: Default password is 的 first two letters of your first name, followed by 的 first two letters of your last name (all lowercase), followed by 的 last four 您的W号码的数字.

Zonemail
